We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being near major attractions and close to public transport. It was so convenient to explore the city from here, especially with the Nippori station nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. They even moved our luggage for free to another location for storage. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed environment made our stay even more enjoyable.
For families, we highly recommend this hotel.

Loved having a fully equipped apartment during my business trip, including a washing machine and stove. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great help for staying connected while working remotely.
The furnishings were a bit outdated and some items showed signs of wear and tear. there was no on-site staff to assist with any issues, so communication had to be done via phone or email, which could be slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Nippori and JR stations, making it easy to access public transport. the surrounding area is also close to various attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of service were disappointing.

This apartment was perfect! We were surprised by the size, it was huge with two rooms, a kitchen and dining room. the staff was very nice and helpful, and even spoke English. the location was also great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The only downside of this apartment was that it was a bit of a walk from the nearest station. there was not enough kitchen utensils, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Great location, near Uguisudani Station and major Tokyo attractions. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Convenient grocery store and restaurants nearby. Quiet area for a peaceful stay. Good value for money.
Can't fault anything about it.
